The CFO subcontracted a second association (after SMEF-COW) to organize "CFO Guidance and Counseling seminar for Filipino Spouse/Fiancé of a Foreign citizen" in Manila.
So there are now 2 places in Manila now to attend the seminar: SMEF-COW in Quezon City and PRISM in Malate.
