vaf4 form filling

Hello everybody,
Need help filling out 6.2.9 to 6.2.16, do i need to fill this section in as i was born in the UK and have lived here all my life?

Any good ideas to add to part 7 were it says "additional information"?

Need to know by tomorrow, as i soon fly to the philippines

When we filled in the form we used neutral answers which backed up my British nationality. 6.2.9 - 6.2.11 are really the strange question for a British citizen but I sense the answers dont really matter if you are a British citizen/passport holder.
As for the "additional information" we left this blank on the application form but backed up our application with covering letters (see elsewhere in the forum and the sister site for ideas on these).
It probably depends on whether there is anything out of the ordinary with your application as to whether you need to use this form.
I dont know if you are using the online form or a handwritten printed form. They are slightly different. The printed form does have a question as to when the applicant intends to travel; the online one doesnt.
We covered this in the covering letters but the visa when issued had ignored this: something to bear in mind if the timings are crucial.
