birth reference number ?

could anyone tell me what is meant by a birth reference number.
the reason i ask is that my g/f has told me to give her my birth reference number in order to fill out the paperwork for her certificate of no mairrage.

hi there i also took my certificate of no marriage few months ago. she doesnt need to fill that up if she dont know just leave it empty.i didnt fill them up so its okay.

thanks for that , i will let her know that. she is from cavite ,i hope they are not stricter in different areas.
