....:Erm:

Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy :icon_lol:

He was never found 'not guilty' of the murder itself of his wife, he was found 'not guilty' on technicalities......I was expecting Noel Edmonds to jump out in the court room with a Gotcha :D

i thought he was not going to rest until he found his wife's killer, well looks to me from the amount of time he spent looking for the killer, he knows who the killer was :Erm:

So one of the appeal reasons is that all the jury was white? They had 18 of them so they are all racists? :Erm: Nothing to do with two of his 'mates' testifying, the voice recording in the room mentioning guns, and not to let them out (kidnapping in Nevada), and being caught on numerous video tapes? :doh

They'll be pushing for 20+ years :xxgrinning--00xx3:

appeal :yikes: one reason is the jury is white, don't the defence and prosecution select which ones they want on the jury, why didn't they say something then :NoNo:, there should be no chance on that reason.

Yes you are right, the defence and the prosecutors usually spend a couple of days vetting the jury, and asking the jurors all kind of questions.:Erm:

I presume it is a canny defence trick to claim prejudice in the face of what happened years before, as due to the old publicity over the court case, no impartial juror (white) can be found.:NoNo:

From what I remember, around 50% of blacks at the time thought he was guilty of murder!!!

He's not going to get off with this one, so much evidence against him.....and if the glove fits!!!!! Hang on....that's how he got off the first one :icon_lol:

....even if it was a setup....it was OJ who arranged the bully boys to go with him tooled up.
