I am like that sis, but i am pushing myself now to do things that i can do today and not wait for tomorrow. Maybe, a lesson after having a baby. I would say i've got no choice now:doh
Save some times in sorting all the your papers:) I just started putting mine into orders last month so now every time i have new doc coming like monthly its easier for me to pop it in:) Honestly, its my husband who always reminds me of doing it wahhhhhhhh everytime he gives me his payslips and his other doc's to me:icon_lol:
All the best sis

Do all today as quantum theory suggests we may not exist tomorrow, nor ever have existed at all. :Erm:

According to the Borders Agency website, provided that you make your application before your current visa expires, you can stay beyond the duration of the original visa while your application is processed.

true, your not an over stayer unless you get a refusal letter and you've not left by the time period stated in the refusal letter, but always apply for a visa asap, so you have time to sort any problems out, like the bank refusing your credit card or the visa app form getting lost in the post :doh

We read what the requirements were abt 6 months b4 the ILR application was due to be sent. We realised we did not have too much in the way of evidence for the first 18 mnths of marriage, so it was panic time to get my wife's name on as many bills as possible for the last 6 months. Then we sat back and chilled out until 3 days b4 we had to send it. We spent all day putting everything together, which by the time we had finished was not too much really, then sent it by next day signed for. We also enclosed a pre-paid next day signed for return envelope, and 3 and a half to 4 weeks later everything was returned to us, except a letter written by my parents confirming we had in deed lived together for all our marriage. In fact in all that time we have only had 2 days when we haven't seen each other - and what a drama that was. lol
Good luck and dont worry about it too much, its a lot easier than getting the visa to get here !!
