An Earthquake was felt in central Cebu today at 13.15 local time, the epicenter and magnitude are not yet known but reports of sway in condo-type apartments are being reported.

This correspondent was reposing at the onset and experienced severe vibration of the window frame...bit like living on the north circular further reports to follow:omg:

Eating baked beans on toast in hot climate conditions is not really recommended.....:omg:

I expected such advise but I assure you all I picked my section carefully and yes the earth really did move for me!!

Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I will have to get in touch with the family in Talisay, to see if they are ok. Jet is at work at the moment.

I am also in Cebu and have seen this reported elsewhere but we felt nothing where we were at the time, which was a little south of the city in Minglanilla. I can re-assure everyone that all was functioning as normal (which in some cases means not at all) and that Talisay was as hectic as ever as we passed through.
