Buying a camcorder in the phils?

Hi guys.

Opposed to buying, and shipping a camcorder to my princess in the phils from here, is there a reputable place there that i can buy on line, and ship within the country?
I don't feel comfortable shipping one from here, and i want to get it to her intact for Christmas.

Try looking at SM Appliances website. The range isn't great and the prices are much higher than the UK, especially at the moment with the poor exchange rate.

Buy it here give it the once over wrap it up like your life depended on it and send it over.

To often the devices my Wife bought in phill were the right brand but a version which just didn't compare to what was avaiable over here.

That or send her over to Hong kong get a good deal on the flight it may be cheaper tahn fedex from here and your get a decent version. Depending on exchange rates etc. But hong kongs suffering from recession now it appears, so maybe more bargins due to its market drying up like here.
