we are still waiting and we handed the application in on the 22nd June 2006 but I called the Embassy on friday morning and was told once again we will hear something early this week coming. Hope its true

My wife and I are are waiting for (spousal) settlement visa and have been since she handed in her application on August 9th.

Strange that some get it in two weeks, and other 3 months :Erm: . I suppose it depends on whether or not they need to check out some info, those that satisfy them on the first read must fly through....
