last time in the phils i listened to a lot of pinoy radio on my mobile fone due to not having a telly in the apartment me and my wife rented.
by the way i did,nt miss telly at all.
i realy liked to listen to one radio station in particular. my wife told me it was a radio station acosiated with the tv show wow wow wee
if i remember right it may have been called "ala mana yang"
anyway i,ll get to the point, there was a song played very regularly that i liked to hear. it was sung by a man and a woman doing a duet and i think they was saying something about being best friends forever.
i told my wife " i must get this song to remind me of being in the philippines"
she replied "you wont be able to ,because that is the radio theme tune"

any ideas how i could listen to this song again ,maybe someone could tell me if i could tune in to the station online.

Surely a radio with a taperecorder could be found? That or one of the younger techy members of the family might be able to record on there phones and send you the mp3?

Even better, an MP3 player with built in radio with a facility to record. Not sure if I-Pluds do such things but I know Creative Zen's have the ability to record radio.
