I did some googling and found this site, now, although I am a Yankee from Anchorage, AK, I think our experience are probably the same regarding the nature of this site.

I'm a 34 year old male, born & raised in Anchorage, AK. Did my fair share of leaving the State to see whats going on in the Lower 48. (other 48 states in the USA)

I have had very very bad relationships in the past and when I came back to Alaska, I promised to be careful and test the waters before jumping in head first.

After a few tries online searching through countless date ads, filipina heart, Date in Asia among others, I finally found a sweet girl whom I love and adore.

I am basically on here for some much needed advice. I love my girl to death!! But right now there is much I think I am missing while we are waiting for me to apply for the petiton for the K-1 Visa. I will ask my questions in the correct forum of course.

But in the meantime, its Nice to meet you all and I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Welcome to the forum...one way or another you will find some hints/answer on your question in this friendly forum...might not be the exact word for word but the essence of applying visa and so fourth will do the same.. Good luck and all the best to u and ur girl!

To Aromulus, that is very cool, maybe I might know him or her. Anchorage isn't a big town, we all eventually end up running into each other here. I am searching for similiar couples to hang out with once I bring my Fiance over here.
