Plenty of Timex, not many Seiko around as they only allow authorised retailers...unless we get hold of them by other means, such as bankrupt stock, etc.

Seiko - "some day all watches will be made this way" - famous last words, i'm surprised their still going, been wearing my Seiko watch everyday for nearly 20 years, still in excellent condition :yikes: :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Hello Sconnie if you really need or buy that model, there is one and similar model at
wacthhut.co.uk site. They have instore shop and online shop. They got a January sale and the price is less than a hundred pounds. They are authorized dealer.

So better hurry up cause that model your looking for is only one I think.

I had a seiko automatic for 36 years never let me down until its death.

I currently have a seiko kinetic, I have had this watch for about 8 years, I had it serviced 4 years ago because it would not hold its charge.
It is again not holding its charge, therefore needs servicing, the service charge is more than a new automatic seiko, that's why I am going back to using one

I have a seiko kenitic titanium gold for 12 years but this year it needs servicing and when I inquire the service center how much it depends most likely its over a hundred pounds. I bought it at 450. So i just keep it.

I have proudly seen off 2 Seiko "5", 1 Seiko Cronograph, 1 Bulova Accutron, 1 Omega Seamaster "007".....:doh

Don't ask me how.........:NoNo:

So for the last few years I taken the cheap and cheerful route to time keeping...

Timex Indiglo :xxgrinning--00xx3:
Bulova Sea Master (Battery dead):bigcry:
Ben Sherman ( again no battery):omg:

I must admit that the Timex I bought from Asda is just too good to be true, and well balanced ..:xxgrinning--00xx3:

I can't be bothered to wear a watch. Who cares what the time is anyway?

Oh, I do have a Seiko from 1965 which was still working when we packed up the contents of the house in November 2007. I wonder when it will get unpacked again?

I've been a courier/delivery driver for about ten years now with quite a lot of time deadlines to meet. I never ever wear watches myself those things irritate me!:icon_lol: One of the first things I told my Vimvie was "don't buy me a watch!" 'cause sometimes people notice I haven't got one and they're like "awww he's not got a watch..we'll get him a nice watch!" There's a reason why I don't have a watch..it's because I don't like them!:Brick:

It's my birthday soon and it will be "Look we got you a watch! We noticed you didn't have one!":doh
