It's a new year and i'm determined to get my body back. I stopped training previously as all the travel made it difficult to follow the very aggressive plans i used to follow. But with Pia here I dont travel as much so should be able to keep training to some degree.

I got a new rower yesterday and am to train with that and my gym 6 days a week.

Anyone out there planning to train regularly or lose weight? How are you going about it?

If it would help any of you I can share my training plan which you can adapt to your needs.

My wife's going to get a new husband and i wholeheartedly support her :D

i bought the misses a treadmill 2 wks ago :xxgrinning--00xx3:

many plus points, gets her out of the room, so i can watch tv in peace :xxgrinning--00xx3:, wears her out so she can't :furious3: as much, and goes to bed early.. best pressie i ever bought her :rolleyes:

me too! i'm starting my home gym and exercise bike routine from Monday:)
i used to do it regular so promised maricel by the time i go back in April i too will have half decent body:xxgrinning--00xx3:
but what am i gona use for clothes drier now-the bikes handlebars came in handy:icon_lol:

Anyway what is/are the reason why men gets big tummy? Is't beer? sit down after eating heavy food? or no exercise?

Hello amiga. I'd like to be back to 96kg if possible. I'm still not overweight but just feel better when I'm lighter. I'm going through a bulking up phase but hope to start trimming down by about end of March.
