Just wondering if its a good or bad sign if the embassy call the spouse visa applicant for an interview ?
after how many weeks would they call the applicant and ask them to attend an interview ?

does anybody have experience of this ?

some of the member here had been interviewed but they are okey so no need to worry about

As long you're a genuine couple then nothing to worry about.

Tell your partner to be confident and must know all about you.

its only 4 and half weeks ago she put her application in so i was
just wondering whether they would still call her to be interviewed?

after what length of time would they normally call for the applicant to attend an interview ?
maybe if it goes past so many weeks they wont bother? i dont know ?

im sure she will be ok if she did get the call,she speaks good english
and will be confident !

I have interview during my time...waiting for 3 months for interview then it only takes about half an hour:doh

nothing to worry about interview but of course its really frightening that's normal. good luck, for sure no interview the same with lots of members here.

maybe slightly, they do random interviews - not many on here get asked for an interview these days - maybe its to do with security at the embassy, they could ask you to come for an interview to clarify some information, bring further evidence they request..

most people are told straight after their interview if they have been successful or not, and most people are, so don't worry about it :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Hi Tony73,

Good luck to your wife if ever she will be called for an interview but I think it's too early for her to hear any news or like a call if ever she will need to undergo for it.Tell her not to worry cos everything is gonna be alright. I'm waiting for my spouse visa result as well and by monday will be my 9th weeks. Grrr I'm nervous and a bit excited though I know I will wait for another 12 days for me to reach my 10th weeks... :)
