Why wouldn't you want to adopt your husband's surname? :Erm: Just don't submit your marriage contract on your passport application so you can keep your maiden name.

better to go as your married name!
you can still use your maiden name but remember when you travel the tickets need to be in one name?

yes you can if you want. then use your husband's name on your British passport when you apply for your citizenship here in UK, how's that?

NO! There's new rules at DFA that you need to use your hubby's surname once you get married.
You can still hide and declared you're single but it is very conflicting once you apply abroad.
Embassy always asking for CENOMAR, it is questionable why you didn't declare your status since that is one of the rules of DFA.
Long time ago, we have the right to use our maiden name. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
Just be honest gurl:)

Untill now after 5 years of marriage i am still using my old passport. since i am applying for my citizenship this month finally if i get a British passport my husband's name will be on it:D

cheaper to amend your passport in the Philippines than in London... Plus less hassle (i guess?)
