My husband never been experience a typoon in the Phils and he really wants to experience it. He really amused everytimes it rains in the Phils (heavy rain) bec still its really warm. Sometimes even thinking how it feels to experience earthquake:omg: the last earthquake here we're both sleeping..he missed it:Cuckoo:

I don't know how he got this curiosity about it but don't get him wrong. As most Brits here whose been to Phils for the first time have no idea how it looks like, may be you think we're carnivorous lol. He wants to see and experience it not in a bad way that he is praying for big deadly typhoon/earthquake. Just so happen that we're only free for atleast a month during xmas to new year and no point going to Phils for 2 weeks from Feb to Nov (we have 2 weeks off during holiday season) most of the time no typhoon but ofcourse there's a probability of earthquake (but im hoping not...i had enough of earhtquake in the Phils its really scary) atleast typhoon we know that we have atleast 15 typhoon a year i think:Erm:

Though he knows that we have a few deadly typhoons and he feels bad that many filipinos suffers bec of it. I think he is just curios if it is still warm and after a few hours its like nothing happened, the weather still the same, warm and blue sky.

Sorry for the weird..thread.

He won't notice much difference from the UK. Heavy rain, strong winds, landslides, flooding.....normal here. Winds hit 133mph in Scotland last week.

As for earthquakes, we get them as well. Usually nothing above 3.1 though.
