Hello guys can i ask some questions regarding student visa refusal? my friends (they are couple) applied for student visa scheme in Replacement agency last year SHE is already here but HE delayed his visa application because he has a project to finish in Philippines first.

When HE eventually applied for visa it is refused for the reason that HIS College Certificate is not genuine. If its true how come SHE and the rest of applicant was granted a visa?

My question is during HIS appeal can HE still submit documents of support stating that he is registered from the College where he enrolled and got his certificate? coz they said they are willing to help if its needed.

will appreciate any answers!! thanks

If it is a fake, no, if it is A1, then he needs to get it certified by a lawyer as authentic.

If it is an out of country appeal the only additional documentation that can be considered has to be in existence at the time of the decision. Thus if some document that could have been put in but was not, that can be submitted and considered.

In country appeals are different. Documents after the date of decision can be placed into court.

Well he is refused because they said his certificate from the college is not genuine,so if the college is willing to help by sending letter of support to prove that he is registered in their college, can he still submit it?
