exchange pesos to pounds

would u know where i could exchange my money from pesos to pounds in the philippines...where the rate is the best, and what are the requirements, would there be a limit to how much i could exchange

i was thinking money changer or bank?

any recommendations would be most helpful

SM malls (they usually have good rates than in banks)
