As we know Annulment means it is a legal procedure for declaring a marriage null and void. Unlike divorce, it is retroactive: an annulled marriage is considered never to have existed
In the Guidance Notes is states that Single - You have never entered into a legally recognised marriage or civil partnership.
For those that are already annulled, what did you put in your marital status when you applied.
And for those who applied that submitted only Certification that annulment is on going, what marital status did you put.
Inputs will be highly appreciated.
Thank You! :)
