I have a very old Sekonda watch. On the back is stamped 537... nothing else. It works and apart from a crack in the glass, looks in decent condition.

Should I chance my arm on ebay or invest in a new glass and keep it? :rolleyes:

I wouldn't auction anything in a recession, and items are worth more in full working order.
