Cernomar

Hi, not sure if there is a topic related to mine, if there is i cant find it so here goes...

as some of you are aware me and my filipino fiance are getting married in Thailand. For this to take place, he needs to get a cernomar from PH before travelling to thailand. I have come across this website:

from which it looks like Arnie can just apply online for the certificate. I had read somewhere else on the internet in a forum that this process of getting a cenomar was almost impossible but from this site it looks... easy..

has anyone else out there applied for a cenomar?

i didnt try that one online,but yes she can do apply online,easy ,they will just deliver to Arnie's house

i used that when i requested for our marriage certificate and it did work.
anyway you can track/verify it also through their website, once you have requested it and paid.

yes i did that b4 we get married here in phil but i went to nso to get it.
