Philippines are in a group we call "immigration" which means that visitors from there are likely to immigrate to europe.
So to say it short, no there is no chance that you will be granted visa if you're a filipino. You have to apply for a schengen visa at the UK Embassy in Philippines.

They wont let you in,100% !!!! and why your friend mexican .....because she is mexican ,just as simple as that.......
Besides some filipina even holding a visa, they still questioning them....like one of the member here, shes holding spouse visa (settlement visa) the immigration officer ask her a lot of question ,and she cant help to cry because she said shes very tired all the way from Mindanao to Heathrow (3rd world eh:Erm:) and sounds they interrogating for something :action-smiley-081: :bigcry:

Without a visa it is highly unlikely that they will even let you get onto the plane to the UK in the first place.

No, you need a UK visa to get to the UK. A Spanish (actually schengen) visa will let you visit many countries in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, etc), but not the UK.

I would put it stronger than that, I would say they definately wouldn't allow you to board the plane, because if they did, the airline would be fined by the British Government for bringing you here and they would also have to fly you home for free, so the airlines are particularly careful about this kind of thing.

Before you leave Manila Airport, there are authorities who will check your passport if you have genuine visa. If you have none, then you cannot fly:D
If in case you skip from checking at Manila airport, you'll be A to A here. (airport to Airport from Manila to UK airport.
Please visit UK embassy website:xxgrinning--00xx3:

If it was a Western airport I'd agree with you, but we are talking about the Philippines here, so rules might be a little more flexible :REGamblMoney01HL1:
(Though actually my wife has travelled through Western airports on an expired passport, but that's another story...)
