Hi, I am British, my wife is Filipina. We are a husband and wife team that deals with Real estate.

We largely attract the foreigner from say, the UK, USA, Australasia, Canada, basically any english-speaking country, in purchasing property here in the Philippines. Our theory is it is better for the foreigner to deal with an englishman than a filipino agent, largely on the grounds of the language difficulties. English is second choice language here, and where it is spoken, it is easily misunderstood.

We do all the searching for you, all the spadework, just tell us your basic requirements and an idea of your budget, and we do the rest.

Our own area is Tagaytay, in Cavite, a beautiful city full of scenery and many foreigners live here. Its cooler, cleaner, much less traffic, non-polluted and mosquito friendly. The same cannot be said of other cities in the Philippines.

We do of course, assist all native filipinos in their search for property.

If the foreigner's intention is to come here to the Philippines and marry one of the many beautiful girls here, then we can also assist....

We deal with a cross-spectrum of properties, houses, condominiums, farm lots and lots.
