Hi everyone, just landed 3 weeks ago..anybody who is well-informed about legalities on ONP. I have enrolled under NVQ and got my 3yr student visa. Am I liable to anyone like Home Border or to my School (if i drop) and if I shift to ONP once I get my NMC advice letter?
