This relates to Europe (Schengen) rather than UK.
Following a spouse being turned back at Cebu airport, because although she had a visa for family reunification from the Spanish Consul, it was a 'C' Type Tourist Visa. That is/was the system used by Spain and I believe all Schengen countries.
I have been told that the Spanish Consul is now issuing 'Petition Visas' for this purpose.
I have searched the internet but have not found any reference which helps.
Does any know about this?
