.....when you don't understand the simplest things in life.

For example - on my profile I see that my Yahoo and MSN contacts are ok, but my Skype is 'greyed out.' How do I activate my Skype contact thingie 'cos I like to use Skype? Skype is a wonderful thing and to Skype someone is groovy 'cos Skype is so cool.
Skype is as Skype does and we should all be Skypers.

BTW - It is bad English to repeat words - like 'Skype.'
