hi Sarah,
welcome to the forum..
with regards to ur query, I may not be the best person to answer it but I think the Home Office may not only depend ur ILR application on ur hubby's situation - no work but also with the other documents u will gonna submit..
have u passed life in the uk test already?
Goodluck.hope it helps

oh 21/11/06 my son was born on the 5/11/06 :xxgrinning--00xx3: yes he's british by descent, where is your son in the phils ?
your applying for ILR not your hubby, and its good your working, but as long as your husband is not claiming 'more' of a benefit because your there with him, hopefully you shouldn't have a problem. many people will be losing their jobs.
most ILR are granted, especially if your married to a brit, do a budget of your incomings and out goings, and you shouldn't have a problem :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Hi Sarah welcome to the forum.
Dont worry too much as long as you have all the documents needed plus good that you are working. I got my ilr last month waiting for less than a month.
You may include your sons docs ( birth cert, passports etc in your ilr application even the letter from his/her gp and clinic) I did the same with mine i included our 1 year old son's letters and docs.
Goodluck to your application:):)
