Hi, My wife if filipino and I am British. We have been living in the uk for 4 years, my wife currently has a spouse visa but we are in the process of applying for leave to remain visa. My question is, Is there any way of getting my wifes brother to live with us in the uk other than a tourist visa? I see that there are dependant visas but nothing is mentioned about other family members. Thanks

no, only in certain exceptional circumstances other relatives may be considered
and thats rare as winning the lottery,
is he married ? if not he could try and find a British wife or a european one living in the uk would be even better.
