Mabuhay!!!

It's been a week now since i arrived here in my husband's place & i'm really eager to meet a fellow pinay here. My husband & i always go out everyday, going to the malls, visiting to his family [i met his ex-wife, visited her, she's nice...thank God!] & learning how to ride in the bus. But still no fellow filipino i've seen. Where are you guys???
I'm hoping we could subscribe TFC here so that at least i could watch filipino on TV.

it's me,
Louella

Hello Keith!

Mabuhay!!! Thanks for the advice, well, i never thought of that.....I'll try that tomorrow coz we're going to go to mass again.
You know what? One time we went to the pub & my husband says i could try some pork crackling coz it's similar to our crispy lechon. It was really nice & i save it at home coz i know it taste best with vinegar & a little hot chili. "My asawa ko" found it so horrible because of the smell & he said it's too fattening for me. Oh so sad, he imposed another rules: no pork crackling & no vinegar!!!
Have a good time everyone!!!

it's me,
Louella

On numerous occassions I've warned the white boys about vinegar & Filipino cooking......if you skip that bit I'm sure the pork scratching is OK :)

An Industrial extractor fan in the kitchen is a must for any phill/brit couple. Just make sure the vent is no pointing towards any neighbours you wanna keep.

Hello Ging & Rick!!! Mabuhay!

Oh, right now "my asawa ko" have ressumed to his work since yesterday & i feel so "homesick" already. It's already 8:37am here & it seems it's only 5am. I'm eager to see the sunshine now but it seems the more i want to see it, the more it's hiding from the clouds....its all grey...i hope it won't rain :bigcry:
I hope both of you are enjoying there in Cagayan de Oro. Is "marang" still in season there? mmmmm. .... i miss it so much & also some other foods there! Take care & regards to your family there! Von voyage & we're eager to meet you soon here in Coventry & visit you in Bonny, Scotland.
Anyone here lives around Bonny, Scotland? God bless us & more power!

it's me,
Louella

Homesick!!! You are HOME!!! :NoNo:

The Sun was out last night....just that is was below the horizon :D

Plenty for you to do at home, get on the Internet and make some money. I find different avenues all the time, just working on a new site now :xxgrinning--00xx3: .....lost count how many I've got now, must be 25'ish :Erm:

Mabuhay Keith!

Mmmm... i'm quite interested on how to make money in the internet. How is it? Yes, you are right! Plenty of things to do here: lots of clothes on file for ironing, change the bed sheets & put them on the washing machine, clean the floor, etc! Well, it's part being a housewife, isn't it? I gladly & willingly do everything for my husband. So "baby, asawa ko", go straight home after work coz i'll be cooking a nice dinner for you!

Regards,
Louella

Why do you leave dirty bed sheets on your washing machine?
Get a linen basket woman!!

She has access to my server there and it has apache web server and my mail server set up on it. I set it up a long time ago and have never really done anything with it. I have my own domain and you can find it at http://www.artimusik.com . There is also a link on there to "The Session" which is my son's band my step-daughter and nephew also in the band.
Iain.

PS: If you can hear any harmonica wailing away on any of the tracks on there, it's moi

I'm sure she'll change things Fred, thats just my old bachelor regime, change the dirty sheets on Saturday and pick up all the dirty clothes each day and throw them into the washing machine. When the washing machine is full, switch it on. When it's finished washing, chuck it all in the tumble dryer and start again.
Iain.

Before you do anything on the Net you need to learn Dreamweaver (the others are puss!!), although you'll only use 1% of the functions most of the time, it's the best around. I'm sure folk can 'find' a copy!!
