Hi all,:Hellooo:
I have just read the other thread about sending a balikbyan box from the UK to the Philippines, but my request is from the Philippines to the UK.
I hoped that my wife could send her personal effects from CDO by this service and then not have to struggle with so much luggage, plus the local airline from CDO to Manila have a low baggage allowance.
Can anyone who has worked out the best way of getting their wifes effects to the UK.
Many Thanks,
Mick.:doh

Hi mick :) I asked my mom to send some of the stuff i left in manila as well as some local stuff i asked her to buy from there and send to me. The cheapest way to send it here would be by post office. The box is 12 kilos and it cost only 6,000 pesos and will get here in 20 working days. But i think it will get here earlier than that because back then when i was still in manila, i also sent some stuff to my hubby here and he got the package in 2 weeks, not really 20 days as they said, which is even better.:xxgrinning--00xx3:
