My cousin will apply a fiancee visa hopefully next month and I helped her with the requirements.

This page explains how you can apply as the UK Border Agency is changing the rules for marriage visas.

I was on a fiancee visa too when i came here way back 2006. But things changed now adays but not all. If you have more questions feel free to ask members who had recently been granted might share their exp.
