[QUOTE=jasmin.banerjee; well here's my concern i applied for visa being jobless i stop working since i need time to process my visa.My husband is a Design manager earning 35000.00 pounds annually.[/QUOTE]

Absolutely no need whatsoever to worry, :NoNo: I can assure you. To give you some idea: My wife relinquished her teaching post ahead of my first visit to the Phils last September. After 3 blissful weeks - spent almost entirely in one another's company - we decided it was God's Will that we spend the rest of our lives together. Both of us being widowed, I then came home in order to obtain the necessary CNI from my local registry office. Two months later, I went back out, and we had a simple civil ceremony in Tagum City last December. Her spousal visa application was lodged on January 20 and, to be honest, MY big concern was that it might be denied on account of my annual income being considered insufficient due to my being a retired person. But lo and behold, the visa was granted in record time ... February 24, to be precise ... just four and a 1/2 weeks after it was submitted. And this being the outcome in OUR situation, just think how much more likely it is to be successful in YOURS, given your husband's financial capacity to support you ...regardless of whether YOU are earning or not.

:) So a warm welcome to the forum, and here's wishing the pair of you all the best for the future. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Hi Jasmin,
Welcome to the forum. When it comes to your visa application your employment status is completely irrelevant because when you arrive in the UK you will then be unemployed, at least until you find yourself a job over here anyway.
Iain.
