Absolutely. I think trainee solicitor exams include a 'dishonesty' module. :D

I know of one good lawyer in cebu, a relative of mine... do you still remember Atty. Guillermo Ceniza? the lawyer of the gay person who had rectal surgery and who complained about the hospital malpractice in Vicente Sotto Hospital? he was the lawyer that I mean....
He live nearby our house in Casuntingan, Mandaue City.

I would have thought that to have a lawyer who actually has personal experience of what he will be fighting for would be an advantage.

it sound funny tho... but it is because hospital staff took video of him during surgery & uploaded it on you tube.
