After the Hatton fight I agreed to take Ligaya to Vegas to see the Mayweather v Pac man fight:doh:doh (assuming Mayweather beats Marquez in July). It should be around December so we may spend xmas with our friends in USA. Now my question is (boss as Vegas expert are you listening). Where should we stay as will have a lively toddler and a three month old baby?

Well you need somewhere with a cellar for the kids :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Depends on:
a) How close to the Strip will you be (if you're hiring a car this isn't an issue)
b) How much you wish to pay per night.
c) If you want breakfast included or internet

You can get a room with 2 queen beds, 1 for the toddler, not sure what you do with the baby though, I guess the hotels have portable cots.

You do know babies on planes are :censored: annoying? :D

Thanks Boss, yes they can be, so far we have been lucky, we have found that Joshua was easier before he could walk, now he fusses a lot and wants to wander around the gangways. he made three long haul and three medium haul before he was one and very few hassles Last month we went to Paris and he complained the whole 1 hour twenty minutes:doh:doh:doh.

I guess the fight will be at Caesers Palace and as we will just spend a couple of nights in Vegas on the strip fairly high end would be good. We will head to the grand canyon and a couple of other places before going to friends in Portland.

Once the fight is confirmed I will post here and see if any others might be going.

:omg: It's a 7hr round trip.....Best to hire a plane at $80 each, but that is a 10hr round trip including hotel pickup/dropoff.

All the hotel rooms are basically the same regardless of what you pay, apart from the decorating and better furniture in the expensice ones.

Breakfasts start at about $12 each in the hotels, so best going to Denny's or McD's.

thanks again Boss

We`nearly did a four day excursion (two nights in Vegas0 from LA including the Grand Canyon a couple of years back but did not fancy the bus trip then albeit a very nice bus.

Nearly all US HOTELS are better value on a Room only basis because as you say there are so many eating places around but this time with 2 little uns we might just give in to the captive hotel restuarant.

Oh well we will chaeck after the 18th July Mayweather/Marquez fight and see when the date will be...... for us Mid December would be good but could be November or even in the new year

Don't know why, but I always won in a raffle for about 10 times. I'll try betting and let's see if I'm lucky

In my opinion only, if the fight is in Caesars Palace then stay there. And for an alternative I suggest Wynn, The Venetian,Bellagio,Mandalay Bay and The Mirage. All the Deluxe rooms or Luxury King Suites rooms sleeps four.

The Venetian are all-suite hotel,if you choose Wynn book the Tower Suites.
Bellagio,Venetian and Wynn are five star rated and Prestige.

Thats all I can say. Its up to you,and good luck.

Always.
