thank you for all the help and reply on this forum specially to sir joe blogs..penny berry, kimmi..and other that i forgtot o mention..
about the quiries we have on asking the filling up the application for setlelemt visa and that case Judicial dispute resolution..as what sir Joe blog advice we have to call or email embassy for peace of mind about if we declare that she got the case but already settle and cleared..can we ask what tel numbers of the ambassy and the email add we will used to inquire more of our quires..and Sir Joe blog what would be the possible question we can ask to the embassy in case...about that thread
