Depends on...
how long is it since they applied (or been approved)?
how long is it since they split?
did they got married?
is she currently in the UK or did she returned back to Thailand?
didn't she broke any condition of her visa?
I suppose that you two met already and that you are able to provide all the documentation and evidence of your relationship necessary...
Good luck:xxgrinning--00xx3:

i dont see any problem why u cant apply for fiancee visa. just make sure ur fiance explains the situation to his sponsorship letter what had happened and gather evidences that ur relationship is for real..:xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3:
we've got loads of threads in here which I think can help you with ur applications..Goodluck..:D

I've read somewhere here before, that they treat each application as indivual case. So yeah:xxgrinning--00xx3:... but please don't quote me on this, not sure though...:Erm::xxgrinning--00xx3:
Anyway, good luck!

I guess that you should be alright then - if she didn't broke immigration law in UK and returned back (gone from UK) and they weren't married it shouldn't have influence on your VISA app - but as fellow forumers said - every application is assessed individually.
So in my opinion it would be best to be totally honest in you fiancées letter of support and explain all the situation and circumstances well and try to provide as much evidence as you will be able to gather.
I hope that everything will turn out just fine for you and wish you good luck in your application:xxgrinning--00xx3:
