Just been reading your thread from the immigration section and I'm in the same situation as you with regard to having to go through the annulment process.

he has a multi visa for one year and is due to go home in November. We are applying for an unmarried partner visa from U.K. but have been told we may be refused as we have not been living together for two years!
Hopefuly though because we have a daughter they will see sense!!:bigcry:
