I am currently working for a company based at Shoreham airport.
Not sure if I will be around then as I travel back to Norfolk at weekends but might consider staying down that weekend.
Normally some of the aircraft arrive a few days early and sometimes do some practice flypasts, which is good to see.

3 hour drive on a good day (5am start on Mondays :yikes:).
I work on a contract basis, so travel to where the work is.
My next contract might be in Sweden.

Only moved to Norfolk due to work, originally from Kent.
Bit of a nomad at the moment, if my work contract is a long one, I will rent near to work.

I wonder what proffession is yours?
Hey, isn't it Shoreham where those strange "boathouse" thingys are? Boats that have been transformed into houses..sort of...I think they are bizarre works of art more than anything else...

I found some pics of the boathouse thingys online!

I guess there might be someone living in the bottom pic, but the others are works of art though surely?

We will be around the Worthing/Shoreham area this weekend, but we dont plan to attend the air show, maybe we will watch some of it from the beach.

I got two advanced tickets costing £32 altogether, there is free parking there, but they have said they cannot guarantee we will get a space..:Erm:
I hope it's not too busy!:)
