Fair enough that he was not in a position to give political opinions, but it related to the case at hand and many others in the pipeline....:NoNo:

Hope he gets away with it, we need judges that aren't afraid.

Don't you find it amazingly coincidental [given his name] that this judge's outspoken ... albeit accurate ... criticism of H.M. Government has "triggered-off" :NEW4: an investigation into his having 'hit the nail :Axe:on the head' ... ?
