Hello all.

Yes, a bit of a strange subject, but am looking at ways to improve my health, especially that I would like to start a family one day:)
I have been taking Multi VItamines, and Garlic Capsules, as well as Cod Liver Oil for years, but still feel bloated, and run down sometimes, so I did my research, and found the subject matter of this thread to be most interesting.
This seems to be a good product.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390075569154&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

but not this:omg::icon_lol::icon_lol:http://poetry.rotten.com/five-foot-long/

All i want really is to promote health, and am sure some of my problems are due to the recent stresses that I told you all about, but thanks for the constructive response my friend:xxgrinning--00xx3:

3 times a week for an hour and a half session is all you need, work on your cardiovascular,no need to bulk up,your heart is the main cog in the machine,if you were 2 stone overweight you were putting strain on it mate, now thats shed your heart doesnt have to work as hard,we aint getting any younger mate, every little helps, good thing about Pinas is your always going to lose weight because of the amount of swimming you normally do :xxgrinning--00xx3:And the masses of fresh fruit you eat,ice cold mango for breakfast :xxgrinning--00xx3:

It doesn't actually, the gases come from your small intestines.....if you really hav problems with gas, take charcoal for a week. Not nice, but absorbs all the gas.

I normally do 3 hrs p/week cardio, and some toning at the BA club:D
To be honest, I feel better now, than I did when I was 30, am serious:xxgrinning--00xx3:
For a start, my knees feel better for it, as well as my general well being, and also I drink a whole lot less, and NO beer whatsoever:)

The Nicotine Lozengers are good, but is proving hard to stop, but I made a start, and never smoke during my shift at work.
Besides, Yanie wd never stand for it, and for sure I wont smoke when I go to Cebu next week

Placebo, it actualy does nothing from a scientific point of view.

Enema's are VERY effective at cleaning out your gut. I can testify to that, and there are actually quite a lot of studies that show this as well.
Its as proven as other 'alternative' therapies like chiropraction and physiotherapy, and certainly as proven as probiotics.

Nothing beats excercise, sleep, and good diet, but to help you get the most out of your food, it certainly can't hurt.

Might indeed be a placebo, but you do actually feel better after the treatment :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Trying to stop smoking Fitzy? Welcome in the club:xxgrinning--00xx3:
I know well it isn't easy - been smoking about 20 a day for some 15 years and I'm stopping now as well because my Maricel isn't smoking and we want kids in the future and be healthy obviously...
If you mean it seriously try to contact your local Health Centre their smoking cessation adviser - they are able to provide a great advice and you can get patches and other NRT on prescription. Fully recommended.
Good luck :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I can't find any peer reviewed scientific evidence to back any of those claims up :Erm:, which means any claims you have read saying that have not been verified by anyone else with a scientific background.

eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits and vegetables, take vitamin C, which helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins, drink at least 2 quarts of water daily, breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate more completely through your system, transform stress by emphasizing positive emotions :xxgrinning--00xx3: and a cardio-vascular exercise :xxgrinning--00xx3:
