So missed appointments cost the NHS £574M a year. How do they work that out then? :Erm:

Anyway it is VERY simple to solve. :doh

If say the average folk not turning up for the physio is 2 per session, then you just book in 2 extra per session. Each appoinment is allocated on 10 minutes anyway so if everyone did turn up they'd have to work an extra 20 mins.
