trainee nurse looking for advice

I am Jean, currently training in Cebu and will qualify next year. I'm looking for advice on how to come to work in england. I have a friend who lives in cheshire and so if possible like to work near there, any help appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. I don't wish to rain on your parade, but as far as I know The UK is not employing new nurses from outside the European Union at present. The are only employing highly experienced specialist nurses for which there is a shortage of suitable applicants from within the UK or the European Union.

Iain is quite right. I am a UK nurse myself although I'm not working just now. There was a big influx of Philippine nurses some years back but right now there's isn't enough work for the British nurses with so many cut backs. Also you will need to take the NCLEX exam I think to work here.
