Thats a bit tough to read, but I THINK it says for settlement Visas approved in July,
2% were approved in 10 days
5% were approved within 30 days (1mth)
25% within 60 days (2mths)
83% within 90 days (3mths)
94% within 120 days (4mths)

and only 36 decisions were made?

Does that sound about right or am I reading it completely wrong?

that is correct. remember 60 days is 5days = 1 week

25% for 60 days is very poor. I think it was 55% in june. They must have a lot of staff on holiday or taking on work from other embassies is playing a part.

:NoNo: they can process 62% of Family permits in 3 days and 100% of them in 30 days, yet they make their own citizens wait upto 13wks:NoNo::Brick:.

something seriously wrong with this gov, british applicants should have priority over others :furious3:

EU law states that applications for a family permit should be treated as a priority over others, now i think British apps should be given priority first

why should a brit wait 9wks longer than a european living in the UK and why do brits have to pay ?, someone has to pay the embassy workers, the europeans in the uk are not, us brits are :doh

but i'm not a fan of the EU as you can tell, soviet union has been breaking up for many years, only the EU and china are getting bigger :D
