Cannot see how to log in to Filipino UK

Hi all,:Help1:
I needed a new computer, and found a new built one at a good price.
I am using Microsofr Windows XP on it, with Office 2007.
on coming to Filipino UK, with the new computer it says I am a guest, I think this is becouse there is no cookie to remember the computer by.
But I canno see where I can log in, I can see where to create an account, but do not think I should do that in case I end up with 2 accounts.
Can anyone please put me right on how to"log in"

I dont know how I couldint see that, but it has been a long day trying to get everything working.
