Hi all,
If someone can give me a bit of info, that would be great....

My g/fs current visa finishes in Jan 2010 (that will be 5 years in the Uk).
She's going to do the Life in Uk test soon.

Do you know the cost of the visa application as we have been told different things. Also she has children, that are in the UK now, as part of her visa, so any new application would need to include them too.

Does the visa application need to be done in person? Does she need to go back to the Philippines or can she do it from the UK?

thank you for any help.

hi
the cost is £820 if done by post and £1,020. in person at public office. to be done before current visa runs out, not quite sure about the children but log on to bia home office.gov.uk and it tells you what you need to know, may also give you a number to call for inquiry. Im sure others will post more info soon
