anybody here know how to process petition for recognition of divoce in philippines and how much? I was told its not expensive. Help

I don't think they will approve it.
we have annulment but it is sometimes unsuccesful.
will you benefit from it that's why you like to initiate the petition? Just asking?
Or write to the senators. Good luck
