I wish to make it clear I am NOT recieving commission for this post.
I just wanna help some of you guys that MAYBE are being conned by lawyers in the Phils.
My husband has been emailing a lawyer (solicitor to us in UK) in Philippines about his business when we go back home.
William (the Lawyer) and his firm have been recommended to us by a highly prolific businessman (my husband’s friend)living in Thailand
My husband asked William (the lawyer) if his firm could help folks here in the Uk with annulments
Here is the email from them both
I hope this can help some of you.
Here is William email address

JEFFREY FROM UK RECOMMENDED ME
This is the email between them both........................
Hello William
Thank you for sending me, to what I can only describe as one of the Most Excellent Resume' I have ever had the pleasure in reading.
It pleases my heart to know that when I finally make Philippines my 'Home' I have one of Philippines most experienced lawyers on my side.
Can you or your firm assist folks here in the UK with annulments?
I can say, that our Law Firm has a near 100% success rate in annulments. But do not let that mislead you. The success in a case does not depend solely on the lawyer. Honestly, it depends on the factual circumstances of the client, that is to say, is he/she in a situation that will legally justify an "annulment"? (I reiterate that Philippines has no annulment but an equivalent provision.)
When I am approached by members of this UK filipina forum, will you allow me to send and copy your resume' to them? Yes, you may.
I will always be asked, by people on this forum......"How much does he charge?" Our minimum professional fee is P50,000.00. It's a minimum because some cases are extra complex. In addition, we require a "per appearance" fee of P3,500.00. "Per appearance" is every time the legal counsel appears in court, conference, meeting for the client. Expenses will be for a client's exclusive account. The client will be required to put up a deposit.
My reply to them will be this.....
"I do not know as each case is different on an individual level, please send William an email, to discuss this with you." You gave a wise response.
When, and if the folks back here in UK email you, I will request that they type in the subject bar.
Jeffrey from the UK recommended me to you Thank you Jeffrey, I will see you in approx 3 years time then?
