Before i was using the old version of skype and I've just downloaded the latest skype version in my computer last night. When i was using the old version before my skype worked ok...but now with this new version when i start using skype to talk to someone it suddenly restarded my computer I dont know why:(....help plssssssss....thanks...

Hi Yam is this the first time happened that it suddenly restarted?:Erm: maybe there are new updates in your computer that's why it restarts....
I used new version of skype in my laptop Windows Vista OS and it runs ok:), if it happens many times I suggest uninstall the skype and run antivirus:), then install again skype.

I am surprised anyone uses Skype. My wife always uses voipcheap.com for Phil. At just under 8p (including VAT) a min and no connection charge it's a lot cheaper than Skype, at 16p, and when used for most 'Western countries' it's free to call any fixed line, unlike Skype where free calls are only between users on computers.

Hi leah thanks for ur message...Actually i tried it 3 times it only restarted when i started to open my webcam.if i wont open my webcam theres no problem. It says that my computer had detected a problem and it turned off automatically to prevent damage. Everything works fine but only skype is not working well. Anyway I'll tell my fiance later as he can open this while he's there...
