I want to say a big thank you to pumpkins my wife for bringing me to this site.

I have spent much time reading here, I found a lot of useful information to help in Pumpkins spouse visa application, thanks :xxgrinning--00xx3:

There is also some very amusing posts as well, I'm not sure some of them are intended to come across like that.

I'm presently scanning and printing gathered information for me to take to Pumpkins to 'revise and assemble' as she would put it.
I'm sure she was some sort of military type in a previous life :)

I will be leaving for Manila in Oct so, not long to go.
Thanks again for this useful site, I hope I can make some sort of contribution in the near future
:)

oki doki pumps, just to let others know who for some reason may be interested. We sleep at the same time, Pumpkins sleeps normal time I go to bed from 1500hrs, I have arranged my work to suit.

Thanks to 'Skype' we are in contact all day 24/7 during my work and while sleeping.

I get through many phone chargers, I have one as a back up as they don't last that long.

Are we addicted or what! :cwm12:

I know for sure I love her

I thank you Bornabirth, Ana May 365, Arthur Little, Ji&Ma, Girl England, Sophie, Flonge, Scottishbride, Ailcat, IainBusby, PepeNPilar, Aphrodite 78 and Aug06,2006 for taking time out to welcome me.
I hope to chat with you all at some time in the future.

Many of us come from different paths in life, Doctors, Refuse Collectors, Teachers, Truck Drivers, Factory Workers, the list goes on and on but, we all have the same thing in common, needless to say ''Filipino UK'' Forum, I said it anyway.

My wife, like many others came to this site ''Hungry'' for information, help and advice.
What she found was not only the help and advice she was looking for but also a community, and a friendly one at that.

Thanks to those responsible for this wonderful site ''Filipino UK Forum''

Hi Queenbee we jst havin fun here postin jokes...I hope she does not get into trouble for posting them..they're not too rude hehehe

Yes! Thank God for skype..we too go to bed wd the skype wd the cam running all night so, we sleep and wake together. We are glad we are not the only one's doin that!!

I have skype on my cell phone also and when that fails I have a number I can use to call her mobile to mobile costing 10p per minute.

We have not tried the tourist visa route, our only option is a 'spouse visa'
being married and all that :)
Our paper work nearly complete, she just has to collect new passport with her new surname inside ( note, this is not a requirement of obtaining a visa, along with me here in the UK registering our marriage with the GRO in Southport so, now it is officially recorded) We just want to help the officials to come to a 'speedy' conclusion.

We both would like to here from you both, keep in touch
Bye for now :cwm12:
