1. Whats the likelyhood of a student v. to b a working v. When the 1st expires?
2. Could 1 possibly pay for own living expenses while in UK with the 20 hrs/wk minimum work, Birmingham maybe?excluding school fees.
3. How bout student v. To fiancè v.?

depends on what (nvq/degree etc.) and how long your studying, but probably not, unless you can apply for a tier 1 or 2 visa.

you'll not have that much money left once you've paid rent, food etc, even if your sharing a flat/house working only 20hrs aweek.

student to fiancee again depends on how long your visa is for.. but maybe possible.

should i include my family's assets? just to prove that when id be in uk as a student i wouldnt be a pain in the %$#*?

The form tells you nowadays how much 'show' money you need in a bank account with your name on it. I believe it will be around GBP7000

uhm the agency thats assisting me said that joint acct with my sponsor is allowed too?is that true? its goin to hav like php1.2M is that enough?

A joint account is fine (your name has to be on the account, but it doesn't have to be just in your name). 1.2M PHP (GPB16000) should be enough but it is dependant on the cost of your course.
