need help regarding CFO sticker

hi everyone,
just want to ask if is that ok that i will going to get that CFO sticker in manila,,
ive been in CFO in cebu before for the seminar when the time need to change my surname in my passort... so now got my visa already,,
so is that ok that i will going to get that CFO sticker in manila??
or still go back in cebu as i registered there already, what do you think guys??

If it was in the UK, I'd say it didnt matter, but they seem to bve sticklers for EVERY little thing over in Phils. The bureacracy would drive me bananas!
Unless anyone here has had a similar challenge in the past and knows the answer, I'd suggest putting a few phone calls in and asking.

The reason I say 'a few' phone calls is that I've experienced people in Philippines saying yes when they dont know the answer too many times to trust a single person on something which is going to be a lot of hassle if they're incorrect.

I think you can do that unless they've changed the rules since 2006, my wife attended the CFO seminar in Cebu and collected her sticker in Manila.

i think yes you can ... because once you have yellow and green certificate you will be in their record.. and also you will show your certficates to them.
if you are in manila now, why not try to go there or make a phone call:D
